Joseph S. Matricciani
has been an attorney for over twenty years. A former chief solicitor for
Baltimore City, today Mr. Matricciani practices exclusively in the area of
Medicaid planning, estate planning and estate administration.
Mr. Matricciani is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and
the Estate Planning, Taxation, and Elderlaw Sections of the Maryland State
Bar Association, and is a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association.
He
is an adjunct professor of business law at Baltimore County Community
College, and is the former chairs of both the Baltimore County Continuing
Legal Education Committee and the Baltimore County Human Relations
Commission.
He is past executive director of the Baltimore
County Ethics Commission. He was the former host of the radio talk show,
“Estate Planning Matters” broadcast on WBIS radio in Annapolis.
Mr. Matricciani is a graduate of the University of Baltimore Law School. He is
admitted to practice before the Maryland Court of Appeals, the U.S. District
Court, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme
Court. He is rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell.
